I know you've since (somehow) completed it even faster, but this was still super cool to watch! My favourite parts were how flawless training 1 was, and how clean the end skip was in zone 3.
I did some math on my best splits, and with a faster Z1 and a MUCH faster Z2, My sum of best is 4:09.619. So, at least sub 4:20 should be doable. More attempts throughout the week.

Sum of best: 4:03.310. I want a sub 1 Zone 1 so bad, because then all sections would be.
